My passion is to equip leaders to bring their teams to unexpected heights. Over the past 30+ years, I have gained invaluable experience in operations, staff functions, and C-suite roles leading diverse, dispersed, and global teams in highly matrixed organizations. Holding an undergraduate degree in science and a Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification in addition to an MBA, my domain expertise lies in people performance and leveraging human capital. My mix of HR domain knowledge and practical business and organization management skills gives me a unique perspective on organization performance. It is a privilege to work with committed leaders to help them overcome their organization’s biggest challenges and accomplish great things by optimizing the talents of their people.
